“In ogni nuovo cammino,

ti offre un bel futuro.

Nel nostro futuro,

ci vuole preparare, lavorare e fare ogni passo

con tanta pazienza ed ottimismo.

Nel nostro ottimismo quotidiano,

ci vuole la speranza in cui facciamo la nostra parte,

non solo nei pensieri ma dei atti per la via progressiva ed olistica.

In quella via ci incontriamo diversi temperamenti e situazioni,

le personne dalle diverse culture e mentalità

nel quale ti fa imparare e crescere.”

Angelica Hopes, la via dei bei pensieri

This is a Kahili ginger, ginger Lily. (Hedychium gardnerianum. It’s origin: India, Himalayas. It flowers from April to September. The name of the genus derives from Greek hedus and khion, meaning “sweet snow,” in allusion to the fragrant white flowers of some species. The term Gardnerarium refers to Edward Gardner, a local administrator at the court of the rajah in Kathmandu. Its fragrant florescence, in spikes, can reach 30 cm in height and width, as the stamens are very long.

I took this random picture while hiking to Salto do Cabrito. The path we took was in the forest and woods on our way to the waterfalls, was filled with these beautiful Kahili ginger or ginger Lily.
